How do I pay?
We take a 20% deposit to secure your booking and the rest you can pay in cash, (EGP, EUR, USD, GBP on the day of your tour.
Are the tours safe?
Yes! All our tours follow strict safety guidelines. We only use trusted partners, quality equipment, and trained guides.
Do you pick up from hotels?
Absolutely. We offer hotel pickup and drop-off from anywhere in Hurghada (including El Gouna Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay—just ask).
What should I bring?
It depends on the tour, but generally—sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, towels, water, and your phone or camera. Check out our tour pages for more details by each experience link .
Are tours suitable for kids?
Yes—most tours are family-friendly. Let us know the ages and we’ll recommend the best options.
What’s your cancellation policy?

Is equipment included?

Will we definitely see dolphins?
We go to the best spots with the highest chance — but dolphins are wild animals, so sightings can’t be 100% guaranteed. However, it’s very unusual that we don’t see them at all on our tours.
Is it safe to swim with dolphins?
Yes. We follow respectful distances, no touching, and always let the dolphins approach naturally.
How long is the trip?
Usually 4–5 hours including boat ride, snorkeling stops, and one island stop.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
You don’t need to be a strong swimmer at all. As long as you’re comfortable in the ocean, you’re good. We provide life jackets for every guest and keep guides in the water for extra support.
